NCPR2024 is the largest gathering of Pediatric Rheumatology experts in the Indian subcontinent. NCPR2024 will be held in Bhubaneswar, Odisha which is also known as a place to relax, unwind, chill out and celebrate the serenity enveloping you. The event will host many renowned professionals from around the world who will enrich the meeting with their knowledge and experience. CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

Delegates who would like to present their work at the Conference, either orally or as a poster, are invited to submit an abstract for consideration by the Abstract Committee via mail at ncpr24odisha@gmail.com. Abstracts must describe original, previously unpublished work. Scheduling of poster sessions and abstract presentations is at the discretion of the Scientific Programme Committee.

  • Last date of abstract submission 23rd September 2024.
  • Acceptance of the abstract will be notified by 17th October 2024

The code to be mentioned in subject line of Mail is as follows

* NCPR 01 – JIA (oligo, poly, psoriatic), Spondyloarthritis (SpA) and enthesitis related arthritis (ERA), Uveitis.
* NCPR 02 – Autoinflammatory diseases.
* NCPR 03 – Immunodeficiency and infection- related arthritis.
* NCPR 04 – Systemic JIA, Macrophage activation syndrome
* NCPR 05 – Juvenile Dermatomyositis, Systemic lupus erythematosus and antiphospholipid SYNDROME, Scleroderma and related syndromes.
* NCPR 06 – Immunoregulation and basic SCIENCE, Genetics, genomics and environment.
* NCPR 07 – New DISEASES, Miscellaneous rheumatic diseases, Bone in rheumatic diseases.
* NCPR 08 – Vasculitides.
* NCPR 09 – Psycho-social aspects and rehabilitation; e-health and digital health applications; Pain, fatigue, disease experience and quality of life

For standardization, the total length of the abstract must not exceed 3000 printable characters including spaces (approx. 400 words) and 90 line counts.

Characters Counts Includes: The Title and Body of The Abstract.

The body of the abstract will be structured as follows with the following subtitles:
1. Introduction / Objectives/Methods / Results / Conclusion
2. Image (or graph) and tables may not be included. Authors will be able to present them in the poster or power point slides during the presentation.
3. Abstracts will be organised into sessions using the topics chosen by the submitter in the mail (Subject of the mail should mention the code).
4. While delegates may indicate their preference for oral or poster presentation, the final decision is made by the Scientific Programme Committee. While every attempt will be made to schedule abstracts according to the requests of authors, requests for oral presentations cannot be guaranteed.
5. The presenter has to register for the conference as mentioned in the registration page.

Best cases will be selected. The presentor as well as the mentor names should be clearly mentioned and if selected both should be there during the presentation..
